Recover leadership of my faction

For weeks I've received nothing but closed support tickets when trying to recover leadership of my faction "Boots 2 Ashes". The leader I left in charge hasn't been active in 900 days along with all but about 10 members are inactive as well. I'd like someway to clean this up and begin reusing the name.

Awesome thanks, that is what I came here for because support hasn't done anything but close the ticket for weeks now.
