Missing skill plates

Hello

I buyed at pricewall 3 skill plates but the plates dont come in my game to play

Please can you help me to play with this.

Be aware that those plates are all only useable on ultimate straps in the second plate slot. I know it doesn't state that anywhere in writing but all plates with silver trim, as opposed to bronze trim, can only be equipped on an ultimate (white) strap. Hope this helps clear things up for you.

Just to throw this in...the slot on the belts for the second plate is square...perhaps it would cut down on confusion if the plates were also square.
