New plate idea for October

What do people think of a "vampire" plate for the Halloween competition? The idea being that it turns any bleed move, into a leech move. It would work great for some players... Bulldog SB and Montez Acro are two that immediately come to mind. Would be great to grab back 3 lots of health as they bleed for 3 moves as well.

Edit: on further thought, it would require some tweaking as Clubber Lang would be unstoppable.

I'd expect a zombie themed plate based on recent trends of one plate a month but not sure something like this would be possible in game.
