Account Ban Mistakenly

I used the hacked game for one of my Gmail account, which was wrong and I admit it. But now I changed my email and signed it from that email as I have recently changed my mobile.

Now when I login via new email, I still get the account Ban error on my new email which I was using on my previous mobile.

Please check into this issue
