As you can see in the screenshot, we need 3,000 chips for six stars.. Is it a bug that more than 10,000 chips are missing?

you have these checked off which indicates they are being used to make up the 4000 shards needed for the evolve.

A , B and C tier give you a different amount of shards after conversion , your converting their shards to his shards , also I would scroll down you don't need every box checked

It would be comfortable to upgrade the remaining 3,000 chips as if they were 1,000 chips ^^

If you only use shards from other “A” tier superstars or above you will use less to make the upgrade. But we do get a good amount of C and B tier shards where this shouldn’t matter unless you are trying to work multiple people of the same class and style simultaneously
