Since we are in Korea, the factional war will be held at 4 a.m.. The reason why I can't get the ultimate reward every time, even until 4 a.m. the next day, is that I knew I had to upgrade the stars at the event

Hello Tery. The minimum for a contest is 24 hours, so you should be able to accomplish whatever you’re hoping within the time period. I understand being in Korea makes it more difficult with start times. However this game is based in the US so many timeframes are associated with US times
