Energy Missing

First of all u guys haven't fixed the issue that causes the timer to reset each time the portal is opened . And now even after the completion of 8 hours , new energy is not being added .

Its been one day since I opened the portal and my energy count is just 1 , how is this possible . I would expect those 2 energies back along with the issue being resolved.
