Maybe a silly question but when I claim rewards it says they will go to in game inbox ???? I haven’t recieved anything via email nor can I find an inbox within the app or on either wwe web pages

where should I be looking

Hi Jayne,

In the top right of your app, click this mailbox.

In there, you'll have four tabs: Stats, Inventory, Messages, and Rewards. The Rewards tab is where those claims will go.

You see in this one the token package was automatically open. So don't search into your inbox. they will goes directly and stack into your Tokens tab

You see in this one tokens are not opened because some milestones don't open them directly. Depending the contest and all

When you claims rewards some are automatically opened in the milestones. Take note its not all rewards that go into the inbox. by example during Sunday the tokens go into inbox

You claim Solo Quest that give you 7X2 Star Gold 7X2 Star Silver,etc.. you receive it into inbox other time depending the contest. If its a Faction one or solo one. They will automatically open in milestones

You can get in a milestones by example if its a 100,000 coins, 10X2 Star Gold, 5X2 Star Silver and 20X2 Star Bronze

When you claim the rewards a pop up screen will open and you will see that you gain tokens

Take note

• they goes into your inbox when you see tokens packages by example 10X2 Star Gold, 5X2 Star Silver,etc...and you see they are not open
• they are open automatically when you see in milestones the tokens themselves like : Kane mask, Scissor, John Cena wrap, Bret Glasses, etc

If I find some screenshot. I gonna check my HDD external and check my screenshot to give a visual to help you understand what items that goes inbox and others that are opened automatically
