Chase character for High leagues

Upto league 15 the chase is super easy and chase character (not as good as chase ss of League 16+) is guaranteed. But from league 16+ the chase is hard and almost not possible without spending (subject to having super rare contest ss) and most of the times I end up around 400k in the chase.

Nothing is granted even after spending much time in the game. I like the idea of giving tokens in last milestone instead of chase ss poster, giving a chance to the players to redeem as per their choice.

How about placing these tokens in different milestones for League 16+ players so that players who failed to chase can redeem for a different poster (like Tech Bayley this month)?
