Username Reset

I was just looking at the contact support about username changing. And I clicked this not knowing I would be getting a auto respone.

"Got it. I'm confirming that your account has been marked to get reset. This process can take normally up to 24-48 hours. Please note that you will not receive a confirmation notice once this is complete."


Will my account be deleted and reset to zero?

I do not want this as I've worked hard and spent a lot on what I have. I've told them this but have since received no reply.

Could someone here help please?
