No more rewards for anyone who refuses to hit their faction minimums

Make an option a pop-up or something when a faction event starts.


Leader/co leader would you like to set a minimum.? enter the min, and anyone who doesn't make the minimum set doesn't get a reward..


This is just a rough draft idea. I'm sure someone can make this idea better. I like many others out there are tring to figure out how to get our slackers into tring Harder for better rewards.
