Filling Hollow Stars

Ok, so I started playing this game about 2 years ago, and it's literally the best game I've played.... Very enjoyable for the most part. But I have a question/favor I was hoping you could pass along. I am a retired Veteran with disability, and I only get paid on the 1st of every month. Im definitely not a millionaire, and I can't afford to spend thousands on this game, but I do spend anywhere from $100-$200 on the first of every month to update and improve my roster. I don't have the money throughout the rest of the month to spend on stuff. I have so many stars who need hollow Stars filled, and buying 100 to 400 stars here and there isn't enough. I would like to purchase the hollow star fills like u have available now, but it's always only available around mid month or times other than the first. Can you guys offer this purchase availability on the first of the month where others like me who only get paid on the first can get this. Please and thank you.
