Dear Scopely,

I've spent my last $20 until something changes with your loot. I'm tired if paying for nothing. And I know I am not alone in this regard, as I am sure others will reply.

Here is the final straw

Notice the three red underlines. My guarantee Very Rate is 100 shards. And yet, I also pulled this exact same character common (3 star bronze) and rare (3 star gold). This is nonsense, plain and simple. If she is a very rare character, then I shouldn't be able to pull her for more shards at less rarity. This makes no sense. She's also not very rare in any sense of the words. You have given her away to basically everyone both as a card or through shards. And this is what's infuriating. Why is she even in this category?

I refuse to buy anything in the game until changes are made to odds, changes to definitions of rarity, and eliminating shards in pulls. I feel cheated and truly did not receive a guaranteed very rare anything today.

Changes I and others want to see:

1) no more shards in loot, or at the very least, only in common rarity. Cards only. If I hit your "feature", 20 shards of a character is a slap in the face. Card only in anything rare or above. The odds are already very low for a video game.

2) the rarities are messed up. You have no set system and have yet to tell us what it is. A 3 star bronze of a 4 year old character that you've given away for free and that we all have 10,000 shards of is non "very rare". Please define what make these 100 shards of HOF Bella very rare? The answer is that she isnt, and i know this because she was also common and rare in the same 7 loot pull above.

3) your tier list needs to be the basis of your rarity scale because this is the rarity scale you created. So please use it. S Tier for Features and Mega Rare, A tier for Very rare, and so on. Since we are forced to use your tier list, we believe you should as well. If not, then at least be consistent.

4) this one is often remarked and with every pull, it feels confirmed. Within each rarity, there are different rarities. What I mean is that not all common cards are pulled at the same rate. Please change this. I should have an equal chance at all common cards.

I'm sure the community feels similar and will add to this.

I completely agree with the above comment.

What's the use of spending any real money when we are getting the same stuff we could get for free that too from the key pulls you bring every month with the same 4 years old characters that have died and have no use in the game and are not even higher than 3bronze.

What we want :

1) improve the odds of every loot pulls not only just paid but even the normal free keys pull what the use of putting the characters we are never gonna get?

2) Update the pulls with recent characters so that everyone has a chance at getting better otherwise this game won't last... You have to understand that people who spend are gonna retire some day then only the f2p players are gonna help this game be on the move.

Recent characters of the past 2 years should be added so that we can at least hope for something new.

Rest the comment made by Brofessor_G is mostly what I wanted to say.

Agree with all said about the pulls. They also need to stop on guarnteed feature with the shard ranges. Give a flat amount. Your system gives the low end of the range all the time, and with the cost of a 40 you need to at least give a better shard amount if it's going to be heavily slanted to give the shards in the guarnteed feature.
