MISSING REWARD

I was recently announced as a winner on a contest here on the forum. I cannot remember the name of the contest but it was in my mentions here on July 22. I won the 5ss "Embrace The Vision" Seth Rollins poster. I've been checking my in-game mailbox and my roster daily and it's still not there. What information do you need from me to receive this? Does it come with any gear?
