Victory Tour Shards

With the new shard system for 6-star evolves, it seems to me that Victory Tours would be a great way to earn shards for specific characters. If you get a poster during the month, you could earn shards for them from their victory tour and help towards getting them to 6 stars.

Not only would this system reward players, but it would also further entice them to chase each weekend's new release. The current tours are seen as a chore to complete and are even skipped by some players. This system would give a bigger incentive to chase new posters on a weekly/monthly basis for the additional shards.
