Add legitimate managers

    @Meat1972 Can you give a little more feedback? Which managers would you like to see? What would you suggest the managers ability be within the game?

    I would like to see Heyman, Captain Lou, Precious Paul, Paul Bearer, Bobby Heenan, Cornett, Sensational Sherri, Fuji, Jimmy Hart. They could be used in the trainer spots, and built up using tp and coins. Not able to fight with them, but use them for perks. Could still use the current wrestlers as trainers, but using the actual managers would be great.

    Have the manager have an increased bonus for using members of their stables. (Heenan family, Jimmy Hart Various Stables, Dangerous Alliance, JJ Dillion - Horsemen, etc)

    Managers could be type specific. Paul Heyman could be a boost for showboat superstars because of his exceptional mic skills like a damage boost. Bobby The Brain could be a boost for tricksters allowing them to escape one pin attempt as long as they aren't in danger. Mr. Fuji could be a boost for strikers by blinding the opponent at the start of the match with the salt essentially causing the opponent to start the match stunned for two turns. Endless possibilities with Miss Elizabeth, Sensational Sherri, and even Teddy Long!
