Make MLC characters from leagues 15+ below, available to league 16+

As the title says. Some of the MLC characters which are rewards for maxing the MLC at leagues 15 and below are characters that leagues 16+ don’t have yet. If these characters were able to be recruited by leagues 16+ at various points in their MLC, they would be rewarded for leaguing up and wouldn’t feel like lower leagues gain more if they are unable to max the MLC themselves.

For example, this month tech Cena could be a reward at milestone 40 for league 16+.

I'd like to add that the milestone requirements to max the mlc for higher leagues be reduced. Lower leagues require less effort to max the mlc contest to get the free characters.

the goal is not to reward multiple characters in the milestone, the whole point of MLC is the chase and that's one character at the end based on your league.

The higher the league, the higher the rewards so it's normal that the highest, hardest league has that extra challenge as far as completing it too.

The problem is that the league doesn’t scale with the harder MLCs. For example, you can league up easy enough without spending but to max the MLC your pretty much going to need to spend. Free to play players are better of staying in league 15 and below as it’s insanely difficult to max the MLC without having paid characters - especially seeing as you can’t even do hell mode without paid characters.

Therefore leaguing up to 16+ is probably going to be detrimental to most players, especially considering the rewards you get for leaguing up are so laughably poor.
