Razor's Edge Flash Feud Store

Good day, I had an issue I placed with support about my feud coins disappearing from my inventory. I couldn't redeem them for anything, and placed a ticket. Well, they gave me my 24 tokens, but the store is gone. How am I able to get anything now? I didn't have my tokens from the feud rewards to redeem when the store was available, and now that they've given me the tokens, I can't redeem them anyway. How can this be resolved? Thanks.
