Positive Feedback on In-Game Support

I know most of the feedback we give may seem critical, so I do want to compliment in-game support for generally having shown a lot of improvement recently.
I think back to 2-3 years ago when it was very frustrating to raise a ticket and not hear back for days, maybe get a canned response that didn’t address the issue or otherwise didn’t resolve the problem.
It is way better now. Most of my tickets get resolved the first time and usually on the same day. The most I’m ever asked to do is provide a receipt if it’s purchase related, which is totally reasonable.
So thank you to Scopely for this. Please keep it up as it makes the app so much easier to interact with when there is effective support.
