Can a Jimmy Uso “the bloodline pack” get added to the store?

I’m less than 100 shards short of unlocking him but when these sales happen. (I and many) are usually left short by less than 100 shards and they’re not available in the pulls. Usually only as featured 5 star pulls. Any chance of adding an extra one for sale or making these shards achievable?
