Hello there!

If there anyone who can support me except scopelys.

I've been playing this game for more then 4 years. And spend a lot for supporting the game. And had a lot of fun. But for the last year the game turned out to be a horrible point of bugs which make me to ask help from ing support.

This is a new case the refused to help once again

I'm totally frustrated.

And now is the moment for me to leave the game by the reason in-game support have no balls to help me and refuses once again to my request.

    @Stagger Lee , @DKMangler ask for your help because you're the people who was not tolerant to help me earlier and I don't know who else I can ask for help here

    well no one else then support can do anything about account related issues. As for that particular issue they already gave you an answer according to your screenshots (which I've removed since posting support screenshots is against the forum terms of use).


    Events have a timer so you don't miss out and regardless of if you spend money or not, when an event is over it's over, rewards and leaderboards are distributed, it would be unfair for everyone else that completed everything on time if people could just swoop in claiming they missed by a few minutes.


    Regardless, it's something you need to sort out with the actual game support.
