How do I get the starps for the wrestle Mania characters. I have Sean Michaels and Steve Austin but I can't find any starps for them

You can get these from the Stipulation shop by completing the Stipulation tours for currency. There is also a limited time offer on the portal for an epic and legendary rainmaker strap that can be used on icons. Lastly, a superstar specific strap will also work on the icons.
