Does Wwe champions black list accounts?

not a big spender but I do spend on pulls and subscription and just noticed other than the free monthly charters. I haven’t gotten a single 2021 charter on the YouTube videos tier list. Is this year going to be different? I have been playing for years and wonder is there something wrong with my account. I’m I being black listed by the www champions game. It’s getting hard to complete when your highest charter is a free player and you go against top tier guys on showdown.

pulls are entirely luck, you got like 2% chance at one of the featured (or whatever percentage that pull is) and 98% not to get it, and that doesn't mean that twice out of a hundred you will get it, it means each of those 100 pulls you got a 98% chance of not getting it.
