Are upgrade tokens intentionally skewed?

4sg tokens are the most required tokens at two different upgrade levels, from 4g to 5b (20) and 5b to 5s (30). It now only takes 35 4ss tokens to progress through entire talent up range compared to a total of 65 4sg. Logically, more of the lower level tokens should be required since they are easier to accumulate. I now have hundreds of 4ss tokens piling up when they used to be at a premium. Is that intentional or an oversight after changing from 5 different required tokens per level to 3?

I am experiencing this on 4SG & some 5SS Tokens there’s a major imbalance what’s worse is that the store deals are rare for these here are some examples:

Modfather J, thanks for posting the screenshots that shows the imbalance issue. Thanks for taking this under consideration, hopefully an adjustment will be made in the future.
