Increase time between Faction and Solo MLC endings

The name of the title says it all but let me give a backstory

I tried for close to 45 to 60 minutes between the faction and solo endings for Ring Royalty as I would of needed the points from the faction leaderboard rewards to max out the solo MLC. However, due to connection issues… I was able to finally get on AFTER the MLC solo event close so I was stolen my chance of getting King Booker

I explained to customer service and was pretty much give a Stone Cold salute and a “make sure to track the timer better”? Really… I couldn’t log on for close to a whole hour when it really mattered the most

What really upsets me is I put all the hard work in for a month and I am shafted due to tech issues… at this point: I am seriously thinking of unsubscribing my King of Kings subscription and deleting the game

thank you for reading @Stagger Lee. I know that nothing will possible get fixed from my situation but I don’t want it to happen to me or others. I hated that all my hard work for the month was pretty much wasted due to a stupid connection issue
