Unacceptable Blog Change

I mentioned this is the weekend feedback thread, but I feel that this needs its own post so that it gets noticed and not buried in the hundreds of comments in the other post.

When the blog for the weekend SD event came out, it clearly stated that we would be receiving extra faction points in the portal if we had purchased the Backstage Pass. I was on the fence about purchasing it for the week, but since there were the added faction points for it, I decided to buy it. When the event rolled around these extra points were nowhere to be found. After checking in the portal a few times I went back to double check the blog, to see if I misread something. That was when I saw that any mention of the Backstage Pass was gone.

I knew that I had read that, so I went back to Guersan's video where he went over the event, and there it was: Collect More Free Contest Points With Your Backstage Pass. Well at least Im not going crazy. I get the whole "Subject to Change" deal, but when you advertise something that costs us actual cash, I think you should follow through with it. Some of us made our decision based on that. That is just flat out terrible. I considered contacting Apple for a refund, but since I got everything else decided that wasnt warranted. I just will have to be extra discerning when deciding if I want to give you guys my money. I like to give my money to businesses that deliver what they promise.
