Thanks for raising this - we are looking at the translation issues. The correct Strengthen Roster Mission is "Upgrade 5 Superstars to 3 Star Gold"

Hello Karliss, please see above comment. In the meantime you can try switching device language and complete the task as this has worked for some people.

I had same issue, i changed the device's language to english and it worked
