Stipulation tour crash compensation

Game has frozen on me in stipulation tour multiple times.

I have to basically beg for my health packs back. And it's a coin toss if I get them.

But health packs alone is not fair compensation. Because I can't continue I can't reenter and usually don't even get the hp back.

I don't understand how you expect people to not get frustrated with you not fairly compensating or fixing YOUR mistakes.
