Make it easy to unlock strap slots

Straps has been very essential part of a character performance, so my suggestion is why don't you guys give more belt chips to unlock slots or you can also reduce the amount of chips required to unlock slots, I mean 24k chips to unlock the 5th slot of a legendary belt is very hard , please think about that
