Changes to Milestone Bags

One thing I've noticed is that I've noticed is that more and more event milestones are incorporating bronze/silver/gold bags into the rewards. I'm not a huge fan, but I don't think the concept itself is going away. What I really dislike is that often times these bags contain 10-50x shards of various other recent wrestlers.
Here's the issue with that - Let's say I've already got Mutant Cesaro or Mutant Doink or whoever unlocked. After that, these shards are basically useless. Getting 10x Doink shards is no better (and practically worse) than just getting 10x TP. So in theory I could do some heavy grinding, a few hours worth, for that next gold milestone bag just to get 10 TP out of it. That's ridiculous. This was especially upsetting with the gold "1x NWO Macho Man shard" bags a few weeks ago.
Here's what I would suggest: We're all familiar with the prize wall concept. Why not put a poster or prize wall token into each bag (gold token/silver token/bronze token) and then put the same items from the bags onto a prize wall where players can actually pick and choose what they want? If I want to spend every single token from the weekend on coin and TP instead of shards, why can't I? If I want to stock up on blitz tickets, give me the option. Obviously if there would be a game balance issue (players getting 1000x shards of Cesaro or something), you could put limits on the number of selections available. In my opinion, as they are a constantly needed resource, coin and TP shouldn't be restricted. But at the very least, give me the ability to have a little control over what I'm getting!

I think almost everyone would agree with this suggestion.
Theres currently far too much RNG in the game. Score 20m for a chance at Hulk Hogan, but actually get 20k medal bits. This is the kind of thing that makes people stop participating in events.
Just look at the warscore event and how few people maxed it. People are tired of these bags.

I dont mind the gold/silver/bronze so much but everything in the silver bag should be better than anything in the bronze, etc. There should be no overlap. So if I could get up to 25 shards in the bronze then I should be seeing no less than that in the silver.
Thats the part of the RNG that really infuriates me. When "better" bags have decidedly worse outcomes because I "rolled a 20" in the bronze but "rolled a 1" in the silver.
