There has always been a thing that somw factions doesn't have discord or any other social app to talk on, if ever an important player leaves the faction, you can add them in your friends list in game, so you will be in contact and will be having info regarding his roster and current placements and all. Moreover, a chat system for this friends' list sk that we can communicate with them in game personally for any game improvement or roster advice, etc.
