Purchasing the Strap pass

I just purchased the stap pass to get the extra strap parts to move my skill plate to one of my superstars. They problem is I’m having to wait 5 days and 17 hours for the additional parts to do this even though I paid for the extra so surely I should see the extra parts on my account straight away. The parts should have added from the date of purchase no? We get 10 for free each month I purchased the additional 10 which makes a today of 20 I have used 10 at start of the month so I should see the additional 10 from today. I should not have to wait for the month to rest to get them if I purchased the bonus of 10 additional parts? I don’t know about anyone else but this doesn’t seem right to me.

You are correct, the currency should be available when the purchase is made. Please open a ticket with support in-game.
