What do you guys think about pulls?

Do you beleive that you would get your desired characters everytime you pull?

How do you feel after getting the results? Does it urge you to pull again?

To me, I hate gambling and after a lot of time failed to get the desired characters, I say NO to Pulling. And as a businessman, I feel that the seller is failing from keeping their customers to spend oftenly.
