Can't buy 1200 shards of Sika?

Hello -

I've bought all the packs that contained Sika shards from the web store and only received 1000 shards. It says we should be able to get 1200 to recruit him at 4 star bronze. Am I missing something or are there not enough shards available for sale. I know one pack they usually let you buy twice (the web one) but it was only available once.

Did you check the store in game as well? There would normally be 1200 available

Yes checked in game store and have only been able to piece together 1k total.
