Can we tone down the drop rate on the Godfather's Mojo skill plate?

The Godfather's Mojo skill plate has very limited pratical use outside of a few specific cards, but is handed out way too often imo. Players get limited chances at skill plates each month as is, and to get this plate multiple times is more than disheartening--it's the equivalent of getting tons of Zombie Owens or Velveteen Dream shards from a paid pull.

It's a bit gut-wrenching, there's only one great thing anymore about talent uos since they decided to only hand out minuscule amounts of shards as special reward, that will never ever see any practical use. Well, a second Mojo plate is actually even less useful I guess. Frankly, the basic bag should be revamped somewhat as a whole.
