Flash Market chance rarity of Standard Re-Roll (Web Coin)

I want just know the chance of getting item rarity, i have try so many standard reroll and i have never see any item Mythic or Legendary.

I see only Epic , Very Rare, Rare, Uncommon and Common.

    I've seen some screenshots from others that got Mythic items.

    I got Legendary once (Charlotte shards).
