Victory Tour Suggestion

I had an idea with Scopely “victory” tour at the end of each month. Rather than alienate an entire base of players that do not have access to the “victory” superstars, they should either time base the play or do something similar to a regular tour where the “victory characters” give enhanced rewards. Time base would mean that players with those characters could play for the full allotment of time for free whereas those who don’t have those characters could use a virtual currency (the game has many to choose from) where you could pay your way into the tour for 24 hours
