WeAreNXTStep -- Highly Active, Low Pressure!

30 active vets just broke away to form WeAreNXTStep. Before we open to the public, I wanted to invite the community here.

Our philosophy is to be highly active but low pressure… a place for those who play almost daily, but don’t want the pressure of performing to a certain level on feuds or communicating on apps.

So our only requirement is that you maintain your daily solo quest stars at an average of 2 or above, which mostly means completing your daily missions at least 4 times a week. That should allow us to keep players who are still contributing to the parts of the game that help us all grow.

As the faction leader, I’m committing to keep everyone informed and united by sending helpful game updates and tips to your inboxes. I have also established an email address so players can contact me directly with any concerns or questions. Before removing anyone from the faction, I will message them to check in to make sure they’re aware they aren’t keeping their average high enough and make sure they’re not just having a temporary setback.

I admit I was worried about starting a faction from scratch, but in the first 24 hours we’ve jumped 7 tiers, so I think we’ll reach the important level of Tier 61 quickly!
