After a few weeks I finally saved up the 100,000 showdown points and pulled a belt with connection mode for female techniques legend era, there is no female tech legend era in the entire game...

Is there a refund option if there isn't a superstar 
in the game for the belt?

The straps are random so its possible to get one for combos not in game
