Missing Rewards

When I logged into my game about 20 minutes ago I had a pop-up of unclaimed rewards. It was some coin, a rewards bag of some sort, and 100tp bag. I received the coin but not the other things. Could you please kindly issue those rewards, I could really use the tp.
