Promoters increasing noteriety changed to earning more SD coin?

Edit: previous title made it seem like I was asking the percentage of noteriety earned. Hopefully this title is more engaging.

I like that the noteriety value would go up. Just theory crafting here since nobody has an icon yet, with the increased noteriety does that mean it would help showdown matchmaking? I'm stuck at a point where I am getting 0 noteriety on wins. 60% of 0 is still 0. What is the value of getting a noteriety promoter? I can see the value of getting stipulation increase, but noteriety increase I see no inherent value.

Maybe instead of noteriety increase how bout showdown coin increase? Having a little more showdown coins on wins would be more beneficial, than noteriety, as everyone who could max it (noteriety) can already do so without the boost.

More coins would be far, far superior.

More notoriety can be a disadvantage at times because you end up with more difficult matches the higher you go.

Quite a disadvantage. After a showdown reset in a tournament all I see is a wall of socko's, silver socko's with their stun immunity belts and boss plates. Knowing that's all one will face at the top noteriety is a disincentive to climb. I'll be prioritising feud and stipulation icons.
