Shards for T-shirts

The last two weeks, shards for some premium characters had been made available for t-shirts. Will that loot become available for week 3? There has been a lot of chatter about players being close to recruiting characters on faction boards.

It must have come online overnight - unfortunately, a few of the superstars available the last two weeks are not available this week. I"m 5 shards from recruiting one of them.....

Hopefully that changes next week.
