Why can't I equip the HBK Legendary strap to Promoter HBK?

why cant you equip the HBK legendary belt to Promoter HBK as he is still a usable character in the game and it allows you to add to the other ones such as VIP etc

    @gumzzeee,

    From what we understand the Promoters will have their own exclusive straps in the coming weeks.
