Cannot load game after signing in with facebook

After I linked my game to my Facebook account in order to get rewards, I can no longer load the game. Please help

    This happened to me too. I tried to login on Facebook with my phone, but the game crashed and would no longer load. I reinstalled the game, but it didn't remember my old user name/account. I've tried to get in touch with someone at Scopely for help, but haven't heard back yet.
