Maximum Number of Coins that can be redeemed for points in the Talent Up

Hi. I was just curious about the maximum number of coins that can be redeemed for points in the Talent Up Contests.

My league 15 account is able to earn points on the first 40,000,000 coins used.

My league 9 account is only able to earn points on the first 5,000,000 coins used.

Everything else is identical between the two accounts - The points earned for doing the tasks, the milestones, the number of points needed for each milestone, and the rewards for each milestone.

The higher level account has an easier path to the bigger rewards.

For a contest that is part of the beginning of a new event, I would think everyone would have the same opportunities.

But maybe it is designed to be a reward for the player that has gotten further.
