A Means to Trade-In/Convert Unwanted Characters

Greetings All,

It's nice to be a part of this community with everyone here. I'm curious to get everyone's feedback on their seldom-used roster characters. I spend so much time developing my best & favorite characters and I have a large portion of my roster that I just don't use due to lack of interest or because it would take too much time & resources to build them up. I think it'd be great if we could convert these characters in a trade-back marketplace to get shards or posters on the characters we'd want to focus on.

What does everyone else think?

    The collector in me wants em all even knowing that's unrealistic for most. The current top tier meta just leaves a lot of old guys in the dust, but we saw that even the worst of the worst could compete with the best with just a single update. JYD and his gear. I'd like to see some changes to some of these common guys to make them a bit more viable. They don't have to be top tier but it's nice to see some variety in superstar usage.

    Yes I bin saying for a while we should be able to at least trade with members of are faction

    A trade system would be nice. Or when we get loot pulls, give us options on who you want. Like you do a loot pull & two different wrestlers shards or fuse upgrade pops up at the same time and you get to pick which one you want

    I would think if you can share/ donate your shards within your faction, it would be really nice. It would help guys who just start to move up the ranks faster and members who are short of a few shards for a new character can get them with help from donation of faction members

    This would be cool, but it would directly go against profits... So highly doubtful.

    I'd happily trade in characters like Ryback for 5-10 shards of a better character. I'm sure many people wouldn't make that exchange, but I am also tired of scrolling down so many characters in either direction to find a specific one for a contest.

    A trade in function would be more than welcome, I have rewards from way back in my inbox left over and would love to off load them for newer items.

    I think as the game grows and the new characters take up so much space yeah we need to look at what to do with all the old ones I'd happily trade in my dvonor bubba for the missing shards of say Beth lol

    I'm content with the mistakes I made on some characters, as they were mostly when the game peaked at 3*.

    What I'd love to trade in is all the old stuff in my inventory for something meaningful. I know we do the occasional cleanup, but if we had the "Repo Man's Depot" a prizewall where you could trade in old leftover items whenever you wanted for some low level coin or TP, that'd be so dope.

    I don’t know if it would be super prudent to trade in superstars entirely, but I would like a way of getting back items you’ve put into a character (potentially at a small loss) or being able to convert shards to normal TP at a rate of 2:1 or 3:1. One of the big issues in the game is how you feel forced to focus on a select few people, as even if you pick up someone at 4SB they require a ton of resources to catch up with the rest of your roster.

    That would be great. I’d settle for shard to TP conversions.

    The problem with trading is that there are quite a few secondary accounts out there and such a system would benefit them a lot. You could just trade tokens or characters with yourself, which is why it will probably never happen.

    But hey, even Pokemon found a way to make trades happen. Then there is still some hope for Scopely as well :)

    That would be a perfect way for a none money player to level the playing field as there are quite a few people that now do not spend. I used to spend, got so fed up with shards and same tokens and basically getting no where. Now trading tokens would be a game changer for quite a few factions

    Hey guys I been playing this game for more than 2 years and you are crazy if you think Scopely is going to do a exchange in between faction.
