Factions that enforce 1% minimums on events do you also require that on spend events as well?

Most of them do not require spending events to be completed but a few give bonus points for those but are they required most I've seen that is a no.

That's good to know. Thank you. I only ask as I've had fleeting thoughts on whether I should try to request being a member at one of those. I'm uber active and the top scorer in my current open faction. I've just been weary bout minimums.

Never heard of any factions that use the 1% on spending events
