How come not everyone got the ingame message relating to the prizewall fiasco, had to open a new discussion as you closed the other one, everyone was affected by this but not all got the ingame message.

    I have also not received this bonus. I wasn’t around to gain the 40,000 month tokens. So not receiving this, feels a bit like a kick in the face and an unvalued player

  • Also the image says it should be 4000, but in game its changed to 400?

    Yeah, it’s sheer incompetence at this stage. 40,000 in the first two hours, 400 afterwards but the actually wording from that in game message is 4000.


    Can you address this @Firpo?

  • OK there was a mess up at launch (no change there) 40k tshirts benefitted some yes ok you rolled back data. But how come you only rolled it back to 4k compared to the actual amount in game 400. It seems that there is still confusion between your development teams in what to do and yet still benefit some and punish others. A in game message should be sent compensating those who missed out on the benefit of being awake at 3am gmt

    messed up the showdown tournament and then messed up the tour. 2 in one day is probably a record even for scopely....

  • So not only did players benefit from 40k t shirts which enabled them to clear the prize wall you're also rewarding them by giving another 1.2 mil coins and 160 TP while the people who couldn't and didn't take advantage of another scopely screw up get nothing. Fair play your customer service is phenomenal. And by phenomenal, I mean phenomenally terrible

    Again certain players get shafted by scopley, it’s what come to expect from you now, and you expect us to rate your game to persuade others to play good luck with that. Please try and get it right for once and sort this issue

  • I feel it is really messed up that some players got to benefit twice from Scopley's screw up. I was working towards getting to the match that payed out 40,000 shirts, before you adjusted the data and knocked the prize down to 400. Then they send this in game message with these extra goodies to players that already benefited from the screw up. In the message it was stated it was supposed to be 4000 shirts. I think it is very unfair and the one ones who you skipped over should get 3600 shirts and the other prize that was left to the selected players you favored.

  • I have claimed the expected 400 from the tour but didn't receive the compensation inbox message. Should I feel that got tricked twice?

  • Typical incompetence from them. No in game message here either and if its supposed to be 4k coins id like my other 3600 asap as well

    I did not recieve the in-game message either. Scopely been screwing up majorly the last few weeks?


    3.3 billion valuation, might need to trim the fat and hire some new coders.

    Firstly the mistake benefits some players i get it. These things happen.

    You then give these same people more compensation and as far as I can see and I'm hearing nobody was rolled back as per your in game message. So in otherwards double rewards.


    In game message also states it should have been 4k shirts yet again the remainder of people only got 400.


    The whole thing is a joke and the only ones punished are the players that weren't on during this period.

    best thing to do is to delete the game and give them a great big f*** you

    game has been going bad to worse for years

    customer service is diabolical at best

    constantly not fixing glitches

    adding more unwanted shite (straps, medals perks, dodge to name but a few)

    fun has been sucked out of game by constant cash grabs and stupid restrictions
