Move area of faction heals

I think the area for faction heals are not efficient. I think it’s bogged up with to many comments and chat to where it takes forever to load any heals. It may be helpful to move it to another location

I agree but the Devs have left it like this for so long they seem convinced that it’s ideal sadly.
