For those who have been unable to play... (not sure if it works for all) Google translate 👇

Open the app and quickly go to the settings, from there go to help and open a ticket.

Wait a few minutes and quickly spam the arrow icon . Hopefully you should be able to access the game.

Unfortunately I don't think you can fight but at least you can collect what you need.

PS. Even then it will still kick you out after a while so act quick
